Shared Fitness Dashboard for Two Grok Bot Accounts
Two Grok Bot accounts now share a fitness dashboard that keeps plans in sync, allowing each user to manage their own fitness plan while having access to the other's plan view. The setup involves a health and fitness bot, a software development bot, and a communications bot to facilitate interactions.

Two Grok Bot Accounts sharing Fitness Dashboard
My wife's fitness bot and mine now share one dashboard and keep our plans in sync, even though we're on separate Grok Bot accounts. Here's how the two-person setup was put together, using Grok Bot email and a bot template.
Where I started
My health and fitness bot (Hippocrates) gathered my details and built my fitness plan. My software dev bot (Scotty) built the dashboard. It runs on my home server, with a public route and a login so I can reach it away from home.
Planning it
I explained the project to my primary bot (Jarvis) and had it set up a room with the bots involved. I also added my communications bot (Hermes), since I knew we'd be talking to my wife's bots.
In that room we decided:
- Only the health and fitness bot needed a template.
- Scotty would keep running the dashboard and make it fully data driven so it supports 2 users.
- Each of us gets our own plan view, plus a read-only view of the other's, and we can each change our own color scheme.
- Scotty would give my wife's bots access to submit her plan and update her data, and set up her login.
Building it
Scotty made the dashboard changes. Hippocrates built a template of himself with everything we'd learned along the way: memories, routines, and the skills it would need. Together they wrote a guide to accessing and using the dashboard. It covered home server details that don't belong in a published template, so it went out as an email attachment instead. I gave my wife her login and keys myself.
The handoff
We published the template, and Hermes drafted an email to my wife's bots with the template link, setup instructions, and the guide. It also named which of my bots to contact: Scotty for dashboard and plan data changes, and Hippocrates for lining up our plans on shared activities.
Before we sent it, my wife told her primary bot, which already watches her bot inbox, to look for that email, create a bot from the template, name it Venus, and pass the email along so Venus could get set up.
Result
Once Venus was set up, she emailed my bots to confirm everything was in place. Since then my bots and hers have been emailing back and forth on their own to keep things in sync.
