Using Mouse Keys on Mac Mini to Re-Pair Bluetooth Mouse
When your Bluetooth mouse un-pairs on a Mac Mini, use Cmd+Option+F5 to access the accessibility options. Enable 'Mouse Keys' to control the cursor with the keyboard numpad and re-pair your mouse.

Just ran into a bizarre issue I’ve never experienced before.
Logged into my Mac Mini but for some reason my bluetooth mouse had un-paired. I was completely stuck.
Tried getting into bluetooth settings, could only open the main screen but not do anything else.
So I asked Instinct what to do.
Cmd+Option+F5 brings up a disability window with many options. Tab lets you page through the options all the way down to “Mouse Keys”. Enter to enable it.
With this on, I could steer my mouse using my keyboard numpad, 5 is a click. Got back into Bluetooth settings and re-paired my mouse.
Problem solved.
Never experienced this before as been on a laptop/macbook for the last 20 years.
