As I build out my pizza prep kitchen, the other day the builder spotted an alarm sensor on the garage wall needed moving before the new walls went on, I had to track down the company who fitted it, and their details were buried deep in my emails. I asked Claude, it dug them out, and the email went off that afternoon.
The bit I found really useful came once they replied with a price and asked me to suggest a day. I explained what I wanted in a few lines, plus a couple of quick follow-ups, and from that it drafted the reply for me to send, put a provisional hold in my calendar, added the cost to the fit-out budget under the tax headings my accountant has given me, and updated the list that tracks everything standing between an empty garage and a first pizza night.
These are all things that naturally you will think through yourself, but it is pretty extraordinary that you have this safety net so that nothing slips through the gaps. I then sent the reply, but I can see how very soon this will be doing everything that doesn't require my hand!
