Grok Bot Automates Routine Audits for AI Bots
The Grok Bot audits routines across other bots, identifying and scripting checks for efficiency. This system reduces unnecessary wake-ups, optimizing performance for daily routines.

Most of my bots' scheduled routines were waking up an AI just to find out there was nothing to do
So I built a Grok Bot that audits every routine across my other bots and turns the mechanical checks into tiny scripts
1. Asks every bot for its routines word for word
2. Flags the ones where "is there work?" is an EXACT check - a marker file, a release tag
3. Writes a script that runs first. 0 = nothing to do, bot stays asleep. 10 = wake up. 20 = script broke, wake up anyway
4. Tests it, saves the original prompt, has the owning bot add one line
This is only for simple yes/no checks. If the script breaks, the bot just runs like normal, and nothing that sends, buys or posts ever gets scripted.
On my very first pass as a relatively new Grok Bot user, 20 routines were found across 13 bots. 4 looked scriptable, 2 passed the zero-risk bar, 1 is live.
At scale, for 100 daily routines where 3 of 4 runs are empty is ~2,250 runs a month the AI never wakes up for.
I will keep this system in place as I scale my Grok Bot usage and track the results.
