Tried Instinct and Muse today. Instinct booked a messy multi-city trip for my wife and me, and caught a points deal on the Amex site I'd have missed. Muse shopped my home insurance before renewal... I ended up moving both home and car from Progressive to Allstate. Saved $1,157 a year.
Normally inertia would've left that money on the table. As these agents go mainstream, anyone profiting from customers who can't be bothered to shop around is in for a rough time. Anyone shorting insurance and airline ETFs yet? Might be why so many sites are busy blocking agents. But that would be cynical.
